At Preet Boutique, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. To maintain the quality and fairness of our small business, we kindly ask all customers to review the following policy before making a purchase:

Refunds:

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only accepted for size adjustments and must be made in-store within 24 hours of purchase.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Custom or altered items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Additional Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for bringing the original receipt at the time of exchange.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above requirements.
